I purchased this at Ameyoko a few years ago. I am selling it because I have no opportunity to use it.
There is no indication of the place of manufacture, but I believe it is Swiss Army equipment. I am not certain about this.
It may be for women.
The strap is a bit stiff, but I think it will soften with several care.
