These old tricep bars are really cool! These are standard bars 1" for 1" size weight plates. Original patina! I used these for super sets. Load one with lighter weight for skull crushers. Then load other one heavier for hammer curls. 30 second rest in between .extraordinary pump! Triceps grew in size in 3 months T -,shirt felt tighter. 3X a week. 5 sets each, 8-12 reps. Look at all photos for any flaws or imperfections as these items are used and will show signs of wear.
