Antique book in "acceptable" condition or better for its age. Exterior has scratches & stains, and there is heavy edgewear in spots along top (photo #6/7). Previous owner signed the book in pen on a number of pages, but otherwise pages are clean without additional writing or stains. No page rips or other page damage, and binding is good.
