anyPRE

作為AnyCasting的前處理程式,anyPRE可以輕易接受CAD模型的導入,更能在數秒鐘內完成有限差分網格的劃分,模擬條件的設置,並調用AnySOLVER進行求解。使用anyPRE,您可以進行多種設置包括製程流程和材料的選擇來模擬鑄造成型過程,設置邊界、熱傳導和澆口條件,也能通過特殊功能模組來設置一些設備和模型。另外,你還可以通過anyPRE提供的CAD功能來查看、移動/旋轉實體坐標系統。

anySOLVER

作為AnyCasting的求解器,anySOLVER能夠根據你的設定計算流場和溫度場。

鑄造成型模擬包括計算熔體充填過程的流動分析和熔體凝固過程的傳熱/凝固分析。只有在兩個分析都準確的前提下才能正確預測可能造成缺陷的區域。

anyPOST

在AnyCasting的後處理器功能方面,anyPOST通過讀取anySOLVER中產生的網格資料和結果檔在螢幕上輸出圖形結果。

使用anyPOST,你可以用二維和三維觀察充填時間,凝固時間,等高線(溫度,壓力,速率)和速度向量,也可以用感測器的計算結果來建立曲線圖。這個程式具備動畫功能,使用者把計算結果編輯成播放檔,通過卓越的結果合併功能來觀察各種二維或三維的凝固缺陷。另外,相關資料可以保存成新的檔案用於將來的復試。

anyMESH

anyMESH能編輯由anyPRE生成的網格檔。

您可以輕鬆地修改網格資訊而不改變幾何模型。

anyDBAS

作為一個能概括鑄造成型中熔體,模具和其他材料性能的資料庫管理程式,anyDBASE主要分為常規資料庫和用戶資料庫。常規資料庫提供了具有國際標準的常用材料性能,而用戶資料庫使用戶能保存和管理修改或附加的資料。使用者能簡單的選擇感興趣的材料而不需要輸入幾百種不同的材料性能。另外,它還提供每種材料的傳熱係數,提高了程式的方便性。

公差分析軟體 CETOL 6σ - 尺寸標註不費力

由Sigmetrix所開發的知名公差分析軟體「CETOL 6 σ」,可以在設計製程中,與電腦輔助軟體 CAD 無接縫結合,方便針對產品細部,進行修改落實品質管理。利用CETOL 6 σ可分析出的大量數據,如:最大值、最小值、平方根公差、尺寸敏感度、尺寸貢獻度、Cpk (綜合製程能力指數)…等,各項數值與設計圖型結合並且加以應用。

其中尺寸標註是公差分析當中非常重要的一環。若尺寸標註錯誤,則會大量減低公差分析的準確性;以往尺寸標註皆依賴人工的方式達成,若是設計者出現失誤,極可能忽略正確且必要的標註尺寸;如何減少尺寸標註的錯誤,一直是許多機構設計者關注的焦點。

藉由公差分析瞭解品質尺寸的公差分佈,調整公差條件和產品設計,如;超過標準規格與否,以控制產出品質。

尺寸敏感度:瞭解所有尺寸中,哪個部分微調後,對設計結果的差異性與影響程度。
尺寸貢獻度:瞭解所有尺寸中,調整哪個尺寸對整體設計的影響最大。
Cpk(綜合製成能力指數)值&標準差:是綜合製程準確度Ca與製程精密度Cp兩值之指數計算,設計值的品質尺寸的標準差在多少的範圍。

3DVIA Composer revolutionizes the product documentation process for enterprises of all sizes. With its easy-to-use, desktop content-creation system, 3DVIA Composer quickly and easily automates creation of assembly and disassembly procedures, technical illustrations, interactive 3D animations, training materials, marketing materials, sales tools and more.

With 3DVIA Composer, manufacturers realize substantial savings in time and rework costs by not having to recreate or redo product documentation when there are changes to the product. The 3DVIA Composer Family

3DVIA Composer is the core product in the system, and is a desktop application for the creation of product deliverables directly from 3D product data.
3DVIA Composer is designed for end users and does not require CAD knowledge or training. Intelligent views permit complex product procedures to be communicated effectively using a minimum of text. Views can be annotated and labeled in any way and format the user wishes. In addition, 3DVIA Composer permits the creation of styles which can be applied to any content to ensure visual consistency.
Animations including kinematics and reverse-kinematics as well high-resolution image outputs including SVG and CGM files can be created easily. Producing 2D line art is quick and easy with 3DVIA Composer’s built-in technical illustration capabilities.
3DVIA Player, a free utility, allows content creators to distribute 3DVIA Composer content to any end-user. 3DVIA Player offers the same high performance as 3DVIA Composer. Much more than a simple viewer, 3DVIA Player makes it possible for content consumers to have a highly interactive experience with product deliverables.
3DVIA Safe allows users to control and manage access to their intellectual property in 3DVIA Composer-genera-ted deliverables. With 3DVIA Safe, content creators can manage access control when playing content with 3DVIA Player and may also use patented technology to prevent copying or theft of the intellectual property.
3DVIA Sync and 3DVIA Sync Integration deliver sophisticated, XML-based associativity among 3DVIA Composer and any number of enterprise systems. With 3DVIA Sync, changes in metadata, geometry, BOMs or manufacturing information can be updated in 3DVIA Composer deliverables on the desktop, guaranteeing accurate and consistent information. 3DVIA Sync Integration adds the ability to automatically regenerate deliverables created by 3DVIA Composer when the underlying product data changes.
