公差分析軟體CETOL 6σ-- 尺寸標註不費力

Sigmetrix所開發的知名公差分析軟體「CETOL 6 σ」,可以在設計製程中,與電腦輔助軟體 CAD 無接縫結合,方便針對產品細部,進行修改落實品質管理。利用CETOL 6 σ可分析出的大量數據,如:最大值、最小值、平方根公差、尺寸敏感度、尺寸貢獻度、Cpk (綜合製程能力指數)…等,各項數值與設計圖型結合並且加以應用。

其中尺寸標註是公差分析當中非常重要的一環。若尺寸標註錯誤,則會大量減低公差分析的準確性;以往尺寸標註皆依賴人工的方式達成,若是設計者出現失誤,極可能忽略正確且必要的標註尺寸;如何減少尺寸標註的錯誤,一直是許多機構設計者關注的焦點。

藉由公差分析瞭解品質尺寸的公差分佈,調整公差條件和產品設計,如;超過標準規格與否,以控制產出品質。

尺寸敏感度:瞭解所有尺寸中,哪個部分微調後,對設計結果的差異性與影響程度。

尺寸貢獻度:瞭解所有尺寸中,調整哪個尺寸對整體設計的影響最大。

Cpk(綜合製成能力指數)值&標準差:是綜合製程準確度Ca與製程精密度Cp兩值之指數計算,設計值的品質尺寸的標準差在多少的範圍。

CETOL 6s CAA V5 Based is a comprehensive dimensional analysis system used to support robust product development processes from design through manufacturing. CETOL 6s  is built on 3D Variation Behavior ModelingTM Technology fully integrated with CATIA V5 which allows unique sensitivity, statistical and worst case tolerance analysis. What is CETOL 6s?

Balancing Design Requirements with Manufacturing Realities

 

This diagram illustrates the basic phases of product development.  Traditionally, tolerance analysis was only performed once in the life of a product because the procedures were very computationally intense and time consuming with results made unreliable from inappropriate or incomplete data.  CETOL has maintained a very flexible, yet comprehensive modeling approach that allows analyses to be conducted concurrently with the product development process.

1     CETOL can check a design’s feasibility even before any 3-D solid geometry is created.  Through the use of simple CATIA V5 modeling entities such as planes, lines, curves, and surfaces, sensitivity data can be calculated and inexpensive changes to the design or assembly constraints can be implemented.

2     Functional assembly modeling captures all possible sources of variation and describes the physics of how these variations affect the assembly specifications.  Modeling assembly variation is accomplished by the user selecting true assembly contact surfaces within the CATIA environment.

3     CETOL directly uses the FTA dimension scheme callouts for each part in the assembly.  The Part Model Graph interface simplifies the part re-scheming with “drag & drop” functionality resulting in a logical part dimension diagram.

4     The last refinement of the CETOL assembly variation model is to define part process definitions.  Utilizing CETOL’s Process Library, true manufacturing variation can be assigned.  Combined with physical assembly constraint behavior, a true virtual prototype is now ready for review.
